Could Future Fantastic Four Sequels Explore Alternative Versions Of The Team?
The MCU’sThe Fantastic Fourmoviewill mark the end of a long wait for the audience as Marvel’s First Family finally gets to have their time to shine in the franchise. Given the focus on the iconic team will take place in not just a different time period but an alternative universe, the MCU will likely spend at least a few projects only highlighting this new iteration of the Fantastic Four. However, that doesn’t mean potentialThe Fantastic Foursequels couldn’t explore variant versions of the team.
IfThe Fantastic Four 2were to happen, it likely wouldn’t be until after the conclusion of The Multiverse Saga. Even if it weren’t part ofThe Multiverse Saga, it would be intriguing to see how Marvel Studios tackle alternative interpretations of those characters, given the rich history of the Fantastic Four in the comics. It would also be fun to see the new actors getting to interact with multiverse versions of the Fantastic Four, even in worlds where the line-up is vastly different from the classic formation.
