7 PS VR2 Launch Games We Can’t Wait to Play
The future of VR gaming is constantly evolving as new systems hit the market featuring heightened specs and brand-new technology. But what’s the point of a VR headset having all those crazy new specs if there is nothing to play on it?
Thankfully, this won’t be an issue for the PS VR2. There are plenty of games that will be available on launch, so PS VR2 owners will be absolutely spoiled for choice. If you aren’t keen on perusing the entire library of PS VR2 launch day titles, here are the ones we are most excited for.

1. Gran Turismo 7
Gran Turismo 7 is already awesome on console, but the PS VR2 truly allows the race to come to life. While you’re playing, you can switch between different camera angles. One of those angles puts you right behind the steering wheel, and we can only imagine how realistic that angle will feel from underneath the PS VR2’s high-tech headset.
Thankfully for gamers who have already paid the full price tag of $69.99 for Gran Turismo 7, the PS VR2 version is a free upgrade, so you won’t have to fork out for it again.

2. Horizon: Call of the Mountain
Horizon: Call of the Mountain promises to push the PS VR2 to its limits and really show off what the system is capable of. The incredible open world of Horizon is breathtaking in the console version, so becoming fully immersed in the vibrant flora and mechanical fauna will surely be nothing less than magical on the PS VR2.
Horizon: Call of the Mountain is shaping up to be a must-play on the system, and is available in a bundle for $599.99. It is quite a high price tag, but when you consider all the reasonswhy the PS VR2 is so expensive, it becomes clear that it’s a relatively fair price.

4. Resident Evil Village
We’re sure there are many hurdles to overcome when porting a console game onto a VR system, but hopefully, they can do Resident Evil Village justice on the PS VR2. As if the game wasn’t already scary enough, experiencing its events in the full immersion of VR will not be for the faint of heart.
Make sure you bring an extra pair of trousers for this one, or maybe lay a towel down because we can only imagine how horrifying this game will be on the PS VR2.

No Man’s Sky is nothing new, the game has been around since its release in 2016. But with the introduction of VR capabilities in 2019, the already popular game was completely reinvigorated.
No Man’s Sky is about exploration, first and foremost, and it seems like it was made for VR.Virtual reality has improved drastically since the 90sand No Man’s Sky on the PS VR2 should be a perfect example of the platform’s progression.

7. What the Bat?
If you have ever experienced the absolute genius that is What the Golf? Then you would be nothing less than pumped to see that its counterpart, What the Bat?, will be available on the PS VR2 on launch. What the Golf? Is a series of mini-games loosely based on golf. And when we say loosely, we definitely mean loosely.
While golf is supposed to be the main focus of What the Golf? In reality, the focus is on making you laugh like you have never laughed before, and What the Bat? Is sure to be the same in that respect.
