Both Aglaea andThe Herta inHonkai: Star Railhave been shown in HoYoverse’s drip marketing, essentially confirming their releases.

Honkai Star Rail 2.7 Leaks Hint At Promising New Free Character & Stellar Jade Rewards

An abundant amount of rewards may be given to players in Honkai: Star Rail 2.7, including a free 5-star character and extra Stellar Jade.

For Version 3.1, the leaker anticipates that Tibao should appear in Phase 1 banners as a 5-star Quantum character following the Harmony, whileWandi, who was previously leaked as the 5-star Imaginary Destruction unit called Polystratus, should appear in Phase 2 banners. In Version 3.2, the leak shows that Xiadie, also rumored to be calledCastorice inHonkai: Star Railshould appear in Phase 1 banners as a Quantum Remembrance unit, while the second banner should be occupied by an unknown male character who uses Ice DMG in combat and follows the Path of the Nihility.

As mentioned by the leaker, Tibao, Wandi, and Xiadie (also known as Castorice) are the Chinese names for the characters and they may be changed upon release in English.

Leaked Honkai: Star Rail Characters’ Roles In Team Comps

Most Characters May Be Focused On Dealing Damage

While it is still somewhat impossible to determine how each playable unit will work in combat, it is possible to predict their roles in team comps. The Herta’s gameplay kit has just recently leaked, and it seems like she will be a main DPS focused on hitting multiple targets at once. Contrary to her 4-star version which operates mainly as a sub-DPS using follow-up attacks,The Herta is rumored to be the main source of damage in team comps and deal escalating damage to enemies based on how many stacks of Spirit Key she applies to them.

Honkai: Star Rail Leaks Show One Path Is Taking A Devastating Blow In Version 3.0 & Forward

One of Honkai: Star Rail’s most important Paths may become temporarily obsolete with the arrival of Version 3.0 and its subsequent patches.

Rumors are that The Herta also gets buffs with other Erudition characters in the team, so she could greatly benefit from a 4-star Herta or Jade sub-DPS, for example.Aglaea, who should appear in Version 3.0’s Phase 2 banners, is set to be the first premium Remembrance unit, something already confirmed by HoYoverse. The developer has not detailed Remembrance’s role in team comps, but, based on theRemembrance Trailblazer leaks inHonkai: Star Rail3.0, Aglaea will also summon the leaked Servants mechanic onto the field.

Servants have been a long-rumored mechanic in the game, and these should work as a fifth playable unit in the party rather than just an ally that works at fixed intervals. Leaks show Servants can be targeted by enemies and removed from the field, for example. It is uncertain exactly what Aglaea will do, but she may focus on dealing damage through Servants while also providing some sort of assistance to the team, as seen in the Remembrance Trailblazer’s leaked kit.

Honkai Star Rail Leaks: New Type Of Equipment May Forever Change Character Builds

New rumors indicate that Honkai: Star Rail will get a new type of equipment in a future update, which could impact the way players work on builds.

As a rumored Quantum character on the Path of the Harmony, Version 3.1’s leaked Tibao character is most likely a fully dedicated support unit focused on buffing the team.Harmony characters tend to increase the party members’ stats, making them stronger and more resilient, and advancing their actions. Even if the specifics of their kit are still unknown, this will likely be Tibao’s role. Wandi, on the other hand, should operate as a DPS.

Destruction characters are damage-dealers by essence and some are usually willing to lose HP to get more damage out. It is uncertain exactly how Wandi, also rumored to be called Polystratus, will work in combat, butthey will likely be a team’s main source of damage. They should also be the first Imaginary Destruction character in the game since the release ofImbibitor Lunae inHonkai: Star Rail.

Honkai Star Rail Leaks: New Trailblazer Update Could Bring The Character Up To The Current Cosmetic Standard With Special Path Animations

New details about an update to the Trailblazer in a future Honkai: Star Rail patch have emerged, including mentions of their fourth playable Path.

In Version 3.2, the leaks point toward Castorice, or Xiadie, appearing as a Quantum character on the Path of the Remembrance. At this point,it is impossible to determine how they will work, simply because it is unknown how Remembrance will work as a playable Path, especially when infused with other elements. In the Simulated Universe, Remembrance walks hand-in-hand with Ice. Still, with Aglaea dealing Lightning DMG and Castorice dealing Quantum DMG, it’s uncertain if its specialty will continue to be Freezing opponents inHonkai: Star Rail.

Lastly, the unnamed male character in Version 3.2’s leaked Phase 2 banners will likely be a debuffer. As an Ice character on the Path of the Nihility, it is most probable that their specialty will be disrupting enemies. So far, the only character with such a combination is the 4-star unit Pela. She does not specialize in Freezing opponents but, instead, lowering their DEF, which is what makes her a great ally forAcheron inHonkai: Star Rail. As most Nihility characters, this leaked one for Version 3.2 will either be a DPS or a support unit with offensive capabilities.

Honkai Star Rail Leaks: 5-Star Herta May Be Just As Strong As Acheron

The rumored 5-star form of Herta in Honkai: Star Rail may match the power level set by Acheron during her release earlier this year in Version 2.1.

While leaks have been mostly reliable in the past, they should still be taken with caution, as they may be incorrect or subject to change. Even if they are correct, they are still heavily incomplete, andeach character’s kit will further detail their role in team comps. Additionally, HoYoverse may even shuffle some characters around and even postpone some releases, so this leak may not be definitive. As the game moves closer toHonkai: Star Rail3.0, players should start preparing themselves to drastically alter their team comps to eventually incorporate Remembrance into the meta, too.
