Take Them To Rennala, Queen of The Full Moon
Players must firstbeat Rennala, Queen of the Full Moon, in a boss battle at theGrand Library in Raya Lucaria Academy to use Larval Tears inElden Ring. Once you clear the academy and defeat her, this Site of Grace becomes available for fast travel, allowing you to return whenever necessary.
After her demise,Rennala becomes an ally, and you receive theGreat Rune of the Unborn. This item bestows you the option to perform a Perfect Rebirth at Rennala’s will.

Subsequently, you cantrade a Larval Tear with Rennala to reset your character’s stats. During the rebirth process, all your stats revert to their initial levels, and you must redistribute your points to your desired skills.
At Rebirth, players don’t have complete freedom in selecting their stats. The minimum default stats from your chosen class remain unchanged. Additionally, you must allocate points according to your current level. For instance, if you are Level 40, you must allocate 40 Attribute Points.

The Altus Plateau is a mid-to-late game region inElden Ringand isn’t accessible right away. The best way to reach it is toactivate the Grand Lift of Dectusat the northeastern edge of Liurnia. This lift willtake you directly up into the Altus Plateau.
To use the lift, you need to find both halves of the Dectus Medallion. The right half is located in Fort Faroth in Caelid, at the Greyoll Dragonbarrow Site of Grace. The left half is found in Mistwood, a region in eastern Limgrave, inside a chest at Fort Haight.

Among the secret andhidden areas inElden Ring, the Consecrated Snowfield stands out with its foreboding enemies and eerie atmosphere. As a late-game area, it requires several steps to access. Located on thelower plains of the Mountaintops of the Giants, it can only be reached by collecting both parts of theHaligtree Secret Medallion, similar to accessing the Altus Plateau.
The right half of the medallion is found in the Albinauric Village in Liurnia of the Lakes, beneath the giant plateau south of Raya Lucaria Academy. Another underground region inElden Ring, Nokron, Eternal City, is a ruined city located above the Siofra River, containing several Larval Tears. You can reach Nokron bydescending into Starfall Crater in southern Mistwood(east Limgrave). This crater is created by a falling star, shown in a cutscene after the demise of Starscourge Radahn.
To access Nokron, Eternal City, you must firstdefeat Starscourge Radahn inElden Ringat Redmane Castle in Caelid. Only after Radahn is killed is the pathway to Nokron accessible.

Ainsel River Main is another underground region, accessible by progressing throughRanni’s quest inElden Ring. To enter, you must give Ranni the Fingerslayer Blade, granting you access to a Waygate at the top of Renna’s Rise. The Larval Tears in this area aremainly found in Nokstella, Eternal City, which you’re able to reach by following the river west from the northern Uhl Palace Ruins.
Alternatively, you can access Ainsel River Main without completing Ranni’s quest by resting in the coffin and riding to Deeproot Depths after defeating the Valiant Gargoyle in Siofra Aqueduct.
