When the amiibo of a special character is used instead, that character can be invited for a coffee and a chat at the game’s cafe, The Roost.
To the surprise of Reddit userUrCutexAngel, when they used the Blathers amiibo and invited the museum’s curator for coffee,he arrived at The Roost with Celeste.The little pink owl is Blathers' younger sister, and her appearance at the cafe is a wonderful surprise for fans of the franchise.
