Wireless Charging for Any Modern iPhone
Anyone with an iPhone 12 or later can use the Anker MagGo Power Bank. Instead of Apple’s own MagSafe technology, it uses the newer wireless Qi2 standard.
You’ll still be able to use a caseless iPhone or case with a built-in magnet with the power bank. It will charge at up to 15W, the same speed as MagSafe. Anker provides a short, 2-foot USB-C cable with the power bank to charge it when necessary. But you’ll need to provide your own power adapter.
The USB-C port on the side of the battery also allows you to use a cord to charge an additional device as well as an iPhone wirelessly. But wireless charging speed will only be 5W. While the USB-C port is on the left side, the button to begin charging and check the battery capacity is on the right side. There are five small LEDs on the bottom of the battery bank to let you know its current charge capacity.
Weighing a little more than half a pound, the power bank is 4.29 inches tall, 2.44 inches wide, and a little less than an inch deep. In day-to-day use, I found it fairly bulky to carry with an iPhone in your pocket, unfortunately. But I’m willing to overlook that because of its other features.
If size is your number one factor when looking for a power bank, there are many others that offer smaller capacity but can easily fit on the back of a case.
The 6,600maH cell in the MagGo provides significant power for any iPhone. You can complexly charge even the iPhone 15 Pro Max and its 4,442mAh more than once with the power bank. With smaller iPhone models, you should be able to squeeze almost two full charges from the power bank.
Thanks to the 15W charging speed, I was able to get my iPhone 14 Pro Max from 20 to 75 percent in a little less than an hour.
A Built-in Kickstand for Perfect Placement
Many power banks offer some kind of kickstand option, usually a small plastic piece that can be pulled out and put back in when needed. In most cases, the stand only provides a single viewing angle.

I also used the power bank for StandBy mode, which shows important information like the time and weather while charging.
Even with the iPhone attached, moving the kickstand was easy, and my iPhone always stayed strongly connected. It’s the best kickstand I’ve used on any portable power bank and definitely a highlight.
