Rengoku was definitely a character who could go from humorous and joyful to stoic and ready for battle in a mere moment, so it is incredible to see all sides of him represented in this look. Rengoku unfortunately died in theMugen Trainfilmshortly after battling the Upper Rank Three demon, Akaza. His efforts were not for nothing, though, as he dealt some serious damage to the demon, shocked and impressed even Akaza, and left Tanjiro and his other comradeswith wisdom and inspiration to last a lifetime.
