Late-Shift Studios paid close attention to the opposite personalities of Goku and Shin and crafted a character design that perfectly fits both of them.

A Fusion Between Goku And Shin Would Be Nothing Less Than Extraordinary
The animationtakes place within the Demon Realm ofDragon Ball Daima. In the video, Goku and Shin consume the Join Bugs, which are essentiallythe Demon Realm’s version of the Potara earrings, and are fused into one being. Before the two are fused together, Late-Shift Studios takes a moment to capture Goku and Shin’s personalities. While Shin takes the Join Bug with calm grace, Goku takes it and has a very expressive and honest reaction, clearly showing his dissatisfaction with it.
The new form takes Goku’s likeness and mixes it with Shin, creating a character reminiscent of Goku Black and Zamasu’s fusion inDragon Ball Super. He confidently faces off with the three Tamagamis, one of which hurls a massive hammer at him.The next moment becomes a spectacle of Goku and Shin’s combined poweras they completely destroy the weapon with a single touch. The video then ends with a stylish split screen between the Tamagamis and a fused Goku and Shin.
