If you open the settings menu, click on the help tab, and you willsee the redemption code box.You can pause the game and enter the settings menu from any point within the game, regardless of what task you are currently doing.
Enter any active codes in the Redemption Code Box and press the claim button to receive your reward.
If you are having issues with any of the codes, ensure they are accurate, as only the correct spelling will grant you a reward. Some of the rewards will be automatically added for you, but others will require you to head to your mailbox to redeem them.
