As he investigates the telepathic disturbance,his daughter Ireypesters him from the Justice League Watchtower until he finally snaps.

The Flash destroys his surroundings at superhuman speed in a rage-fueled outburst, turning one of the Justice League’s most prominent heroes into an unrivaled destructive forceon par with a Red Lantern- and to make matters worse, the Fastest Man Alive shows no sign of slowing down.

Wally West Loses Control of His Powers as Anger Overtakes Him
The telepathic signal that theJustice League has tasked the Flashwith investigating appears to be awakening some anger, causing them to attack each other. Wally is affected similarly, as his frustration with Irey reaches a boiling point. Once he’s succumbed to the psychic interference,the Flash starts rampaging through the city and smashing everything in sight. The velocity with which he launches himself at objects increases his impact as he channels his speed into astounding strength. TheFlash’s powers evolving beyond speedalone makes him a major threat to the DC Universe, especially when he’s emotionally unstable.
