Therelease of Natlan inGenshin Impactis not too far away, so the odds are that leaks about its contents will only increase.

New leaks about some of the confirmed Natlan characters have emerged. According to information obtained by the leakers Full Stop Chan and HXG, which was then shared in a post onReddit, the first Dendro claymore character from Natlan will have a unique gameplay mechanic. The leak mentions that, with his Skill, the character fires a grappling hook onto opponents or terrain and then, still grappled, circles around them, firing at the enemies in the center. Leaks Hint The Character Also Boosts Burning Reactions

A similar piece of information, albeit shared by the leaker known as Foul, was also posted onReddit. Despite the enigmatic wording used in the report, the leak sustains the previous argument that the Dendro claymore character connects to enemies with a hook and circles around them. According to the leak by Foul, the character can shoot up to four munitions against opponents with a single use of the Elemental Skill– the leaker also seems to imply that this number is reachable when the character is at the limit of their Ultimate Energy accumulation inGenshin Impact.

Furthermore, Foul’s leak mentions that when the character fires a munition while in the Night Spirit state, which has yet to be more thoroughly described, they will accumulate a certain type of stack, which ties in with the Burning Elemental Reaction. This could mean thatthe Dendro claymore character from Natlan is proficient in using Burning to deal damageto opponents. This Elemental Reaction has been in the spotlight recently because the release ofEmilie inGenshin Impactis also a means of boosting the power of Burning DMG.

The leak by Foul also highlights what the Dendro claymore character’s Constellations do. According to the leaker, at C1, the character will deal increased damage with the munitions he fires after using his Elemental Skill. At C2,the character is rumored to be able to decrease Dendro Resistance on enemies– since decreasing it on himself would not be beneficial from an initial point of view. At C6, the Dendro character’s munitions turn into a “catapult,” as described by the leak, though it is uncertain what this would mean forGenshin Impact’s gameplay.

More details about the Night Spirit state have yet to be leaked, though they are mentioned in other Natlan leaks.

A lot of the wording used in the leaks is enigmatic and highly open to interpretation, meaning the true abilities of the character will only be known once there is leaked gameplay footage or an official reveal by HoYoverse. For now, these leaks should be taken with caution as not only are the details vague, but the information may be incorrect or subject to change. However, it does seem like Natlan is shaping up to be a game-changing region inGenshin Impact, due to both its unique mechanics and characters.
