How to Verify Your Age on Roblox
Roblox’s voice chat feature is only available to age-verified accounts, so if you haven’t already done so, verify your age. While you may verify your age both via your cell phone or laptop, the process requires scanning a government-issued ID or other supported documents with your cell phone, so you’ll need a phone.
To verify your age using your cell phone or laptop, first go to theRoblox websiteand log in. Click on thecog iconin the top-right corner and selectSettings.
Navigate to theAccount Infotab, then clickVerify My Age. (On a cell phone, selectAccount Infofrom the dropdown menu)
If you haven’t verified your email yet, Roblox may prompt you to do so.
Use your cell phone’s camera app to scan the QR code in theIdentity Verificationwindow. You do not need to scan the QR code when verifying age directly from your phone.
Tap onBegin verifyingand grant camera permissions to begin verification.

Then, position your face forward and take a selfie.
