How to Schedule FaceTime Calls on an iPhone or iPad
Scheduling a FaceTime call is a pretty simple task and doesn’t require downloading a third-party application. You can use the built-in Calendar app to schedule or make changes to a FaceTime call on your iPhone. Here’s how:

Your scheduled FaceTime call will appear in the Calendar app as an event on your selected date. Simply tap on the event and hitJointo enter the FaceTime call. You can schedule a one-on-one meeting ormake it a group FaceTime calltoo.
If you want to edit or delete your scheduled FaceTime call, go to that event in the Calendar app. You can change the date and time or add or remove members by tapping theEditbutton. And to delete the scheduled FaceTime call, tap theDelete Eventbutton at the bottom.
How to Schedule FaceTime Calls on Your Mac

Now, click theVideo Callicon next to theAdd Location or Video Callfield and chooseFaceTime. Fill in other details likeDate,Time, andInvitees.

Editing or deleting the scheduled FaceTime call event on Mac is pretty straightforward. All you need to do isControl-click on the event banner and select theDeleteoption. There is also anEditoption if you want to make changes to the event’s date, time, and participants.
