Warning: MAJOR SPOILERS ahead for That ’90s Show part 2!
Summary
That ’90s Showstar Callie Haverda has addressed part 2’s ending, as well as how it will impact part 3 when it arrives on Netflix later this year. That ’90s Showpart 2 endedwith a shocking event, as Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes' characters drive their car through Red and Kitty’s kitchen during a party that goes out of control. Leia now has to deal with this situation on her own, as her grandparents are on their way to Paris for a relaxing getaway.
Speaking withEntertainment Weekly, Haverda, who portrays Leia, explained howThat ’90s Showpart 2’s ending will impact part 3, especially Leia’s fate on this particular summer. The actor indicatedher character could be sent home because of the damage done to Red and Kitty’s house, but also says she’s satisfied with how the conflict gets resolved. Check out what Haverda had to say below:

I haven’t really been able to tell anybody spoilers about what happens in Part 3. So they’ve all been asking me, ‘We finished the eighth episode and we need to know, does Leia get sent home? Does she stay?’ I just want to tell them, but I’ve got to keep it under wraps until October.
That’s the big question: Is Leia going to attempt to fix this herself? Is she going to get Bob to help? Is she going to get sent home? There’s so many different things that could possibly happen, and so I’m excited for people to see that this definitely gets resolved, and I’m happy with how it gets resolved. I think the audience will be happy as well.

How Will That ‘90s Show’s Big Cliffhanger Get Resolved?
With Red and Kitty seemingly on their way overseas,Leia might have just enough time to figure out how to repair their kitchenbefore they get home. However, doing so will require help from others, with Haverda mentioning Bob Pinciotti as a potential source of support. Given how unexpected the event was, though, it seems likeThat ‘90s Showseason 2 part 2will see her grandparents discover what happened, and react accordingly. What that reaction could be, though, remains unclear.
Given the extent of the damage caused by Smith and Mewes’ characters,it wouldn’t be surprising for Red and Kitty to consider sending their granddaughter home. The extent of the damage to their home will cost them a lot of money, another thing they have to pay for after a probably expensive trip to France. Even if they don’t send her home, since she is the central character of the show, they could punish her by keeping her from seeing everyone else for the rest of the summer.
However, othercharacters onThat ’90s Showmight be able to vouch for Leia, explaining that it wasn’t her fault and she didn’t realize how wild her party would get. This might be enough to convince Red and Kitty not to send her home, even if they’d still punish her in a less severe way for what happened. Since part 3 has plenty of storylines to follow, it wouldn’t be surprising for this one to be resolved sooner rather than later, making way for how the rest of season 2 part 2 will play out.
That ’90s Showpart 3 arrives on Netflix on July 24, 2025.
