Kang the Conqueror’s Time Gun Erases People From Existence

Spider-Man: Black Suit & Blood #3- 2024 (Al Ewing and Juann Cabal)

Following the forgotten villain named Master Blood after he bonds withthe Venom symbiote, the newly christened and all-red “Master Venom” is soon met by a resolute and somewhat perturbed Kang, who immediately materializes a unique chronal handgun that he proceeds to blast Master Venom with. Chiding Blood for being a forgettable and inconsequential villain and that the Venom symbiote needs to go back to where Blood found it — the creature is “vital” to Kang’s “history,” Kang explains —Master Blood begins to dissipate like smoke in the wind, with Kang point-blank revealing that he just “wiped you from time.”

Reed Richards’ Hyperglove Is the Ultimate Heroic Answer to Thanos’ Infinity Gauntlet

One invention in Mister Fantastic’s future combines his genius with a predictive power that could render Thanos and other major threats obsolete.

Telling Blood that he’ll soon “cease to exist” and that Kang will be the only one to remember and then subsequently forget him, it’s shown thatinstead of simply disappearing like whenThanos snapped half the universe out of existenceinInfinity Gauntlet, this is a slow burn, making sure Blood knew exactly what was happening to himas he left reality behind. Needing the Reality Stone to mimic what Kang did here effectively, Thanos had it so the people whoweren’tsnapped still remembered those who were, with Kang’s technique ensuring no one would miss Master Blood ever again.

Kang’s Ultimate Weapon Is the More Disturbing Version of Thanos’ “Snap” Ability

It stands to reason that Thanoscanturn removing people from the timeline/reality into an excruciating and traumatizing affair — in the sameInfinity Gauntletevent, Thanos turns Wolverine’s adamantium into rubber and Thor into glass, which promptly shatters using the weapon — but knowing thatKang’s chosen method is slow and agonizing by default shows just how brutal he is in comparison to the Mad Titan.Kang the Conquerormay not have command of the other Infinity Stones as Thanos does, but when it comes to tools that can erase people from existence itself, he undoubtedly has the heavier hand.
