As the name suggests, the legendary highwayman Dick Turpin was the center of Apple TV+’s silly comedy, and he was set to return in season 2.Noel Fielding returned to reprise his role as the celebrated bandit, but departed the project which casued its cancelation. Joining Fielding’s Turpin was likely the rest of his notorious Essex Gang, including the newly-confident Moose Pleck played by Marc Wootton, and the skeptical “Nell” Turner played by Ellie White.
