With Vought constantly forced to manufacture yearly conflicts for the supes to excuse their time away,it likely created massive logistical crisesfor the fledgling company.
There are alsoeconomic reasons to encourage Herogasm’s inclusionin the show. The event was a massive viewership draw, as it was heavily anticipated by audiences.As controversial as Herogasm was, it helped to establish the lore of the universe and makes it feel more realistic. WithThe Boyshoping to build so much attention and hype from Herogasm, the prequel could easily capitalize off of the prequel’s exploration of its origin. It may be difficult to present the backstory without any serious conflicts between stars, but it would still be fascinating to see how it develops the event.
